Erquy, on the picturesque north coast of Brittany, is renowned for its beaches, market and seafood. The area offers good walking, horse riding, cycling, golf and water sports. The house and cottage have been recently renovated to provide very comfortable accommodation for up to 12 people, ideal for large or extended families. They share an enclosed garden and are situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk from the town centre, the beach and the port. There are several bakeries, a supermarket, other shops and banks close by. The house has a spacious living / dining room, a second living room with sofa bed, a well fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, downstairs shower room with WC, separate WC and an upstairs bathroom with bath, shower and WC. We have just added a large conservatory (Veranda) with a further decking outdoor dining area. There is high speed wireless internet in both the house and the cottage with telephone and multi-channel tv. The cottage has a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, shower room with WC and attic bedroom. This cottage can be rented at an additional cost if additional space is required - it is not rented separately to the house. There is also a garage, games room and plenty of off-road parking.
